Sidnee Mitchell, FNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at the Hormone Wellness Center of Texas, specializing in hormone optimization, wellness, and emergency medicine. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and combines her clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to help individuals achieve balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

Sidnee is passionate about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She focuses on individualized care plans that address hormonal imbalances, support energy and mood, and enhance quality of life. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make sustainable health changes and feel confident in their wellness journey.

Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Sidnee has called Texas home for the past two years. She is happily married and a proud mother of two young children. When she isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, participating in sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. Sidnee strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and inspired to prioritize their health.
